Smoke Free Society is not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping smokers quit smoking and educating our kids not to start smoking and/or use tobacco. We have set out to bring the community together and make the impossible possible, in the face of tobacco killing over 14,000 people everyday, or over 5 million every year. If current trends hold, tobacco will kill a billion people this century, 10 times the toll it took in the 20th century, public health officials said. An alarming 1 out of 5, or over 1.3 billion, people smoke worldwide endangering everyone's health and wealth.

Tragically, everyday over 4,400 (over 1.5 million a year) children as young as 8 years old start smoking due to big tobacco spending over $15 billion a year advertising their deadly products with the majority of them reaching our kids. Not only is the mission grand, the need is ever greater!

That's why we need everyone's help! Smokers are everywhere. Tragically, nearly 50 million Americans still smoke. The Good News is -- 32 million of them are ready to quit everyday but need help. Time magazine regularly reports quitting smoking as the #1 New Year's resolution.

How can you help? We need volunteers in all areas including: Outreach, research, writing, editing, marketing, advertising, public relations, website maintenance and website design to name a few. If you can help us in any other way, let us know!
