Smoke
Free Society 2010
Smoke Free Society (SFSC) is a nonprofit corporation dedicated
to helping smokers quit, educating kids not to smoke or use
tobacco and promoting a tobacco-free lifestyle. It was established
in 2004 to help with nearly 1.3 billion smokers worldwide
(1 out of 4 or nearly 50 million Americans smoke) endangering
their health and the health of the remaining 4.7 billion people,
it was vital to create a single identity that is solely committed
to bringing the much-needed attention, solutions and focus
to this deadly, yet preventable, substance abuse that is robbing
mankind from their health and wealth. The adverse affect of
smoking on our young children from the time they are conceived
all the way to adulthood is one that is not matched by any
other single cause. Smoke Free Society urgently encourages
loved ones to get involved, help smokers quit and educate
kids not to start smoking in order to be able to reach and
achieve this nation's goal of reducing tobacco use by half,
by 2010.
Please give and support generously. |
